Many people think of life on Reservations as an isolated problem, but it isn’t. It has festered and created the deepest scar in our short history as a country.
As a collective society, it prevents us from moving forward.
How can some US citizens be treated so differently?
If this is the treatment America’s original people have received, then let the rest of us be forewarned.
For the people, by the people has evaporated into a hollow shell of impotent words. Today it’s about governmental policies, agendas, and serving economic needs at all costs.
We are all connected, regardless if people realize this or not.
The weakest link in any chain crashes the strength of the chain to pieces.
Correcting ancient injustices only serves to strengthen all of us.
