Self-reflection:

"LOVE HAS NO COLOR is an idea. A collection of minds, hearts and souls working towards a greater good. We are a group of like minded people who have Love as our first priority. We make connections with one another and support one another along the way. Our outreach is to First Nations. Not because we believe we are better and our ideas are more. Not at all. Every time I come back from being with this group of people they teach so much. We share ideas and experiences with one another for healing an old wound in all of us. The struggle effects all of our hearts and lives. With the healing of this wound we reach into the future of our children and our children’s children, into the past of healing our father’s, mother’s hurts, but most of all we do our best to be of today. Through LOVE HAS NO COLOR we find our forgotten purpose. Our purpose that somewhere along the way, for whatever reason, got lost, dulled or diluted down. LOVE HAS NO COLOR really to me is an idea on an adventure. Life becomes sweet again, exhilarating, passionate. We breath in and breath out looking for the signs that are given on this journey. We use whatever we have there in front of us and somehow it is always enough. We do not plan to plan. We are a grass roots effort that invites people in who want to participate and experience life fully. It is humble yet proud. And, through that participation and experience a part of us that was lost begins to be re-integrated. A part of our hearts that were broken are healed. And, we find we have never felt more alive. LOVE HAS NO COLOR is about First Nation’s people. It is also about prejudice of all kinds. We invite all in who want to let go of these biases. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from. It doesn’t matter how old you are, your race, COLOR, degree, your gender or your experiences. It is for all. I want to personally thank all of you who are part of this idea and movement. I want to thank all of you who came on the adventure of LOVE HAS NO COLOR Boot camp 2017. It was developed by my mentor Dr. Kevin Pallis of The New Renaissance and is so much bigger then I ever grasped. Thank you Dr. Kevin, Kenny Smoker, Fort Peck Tribe for allowing us to work together for healing. Thank you all of you. For this idea is as old as time and as new as now. It is LOVE. Thank you for your love, leadership and incredibleness. I am forever blessed by all of you!!! Sincerely and in love, Dr. Lisa"
